But it took blacks so long to try and get equal rights and now they have it. But if a black persons white friend and that person get in a fight...it is a "hate" crime.

2005-01-26 [FireGypsy]: Well when Sebastian wrote it, it sounded more like rules than guidelines in my opinion and it was much longer. Michelle edited it and made it shorter and easier to understand. I had the really old one up =)
